Integrated into the Fund for Scientific Research - FNRS, the Observatory of Research and Scientific Careers (ORCS) aims, among other things, to monitor and analyse the careers of researchers in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (WBF, French-speaking Belgium) through surveys and data cross-referencing. On this site, you'll find data on PhD holders from the WBF, gathered through studies carried out by the Observatory over the past few years.
