Integrated into the Fund for Scientific Research - FNRS, the Observatory of Research and Scientific Careers  monitors and analyses the careers of researchers in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (WBF, French-speaking Belgium) through surveys and data cross-referencing. On this site, you will find data on PhD holders from the WBF, gathered through studies carried out by the Observatory over the past few years. Its main added value lies in its interactive dashboard, which allows users to select and cross-reference a wide range of indicators themselves, based on criteria such as year of graduation, gender, nationality, or field of research, thereby enabling tailored analyses.
